- How quickly do you respond to RFQs?
- We acknowledge every RFQ within one business day. For drawing-based quotes, expect a complete quotation with lead time and tooling cost within 2–4 working days.
- What are your minimum order quantities?
- MOQs depend on the component, alloy, and finishing. Typical CNC turned parts start at 1,000–5,000 pieces; forged components at 5,000+. We are happy to support prototype and PPAP volumes for serious programs.
- Do you support customer audits and PPAP?
- Yes. We host customer and third-party audits at our Jamnagar facility, and submit PPAP packages (Levels 1–4) for automotive and regulated industries.
- Which ports do you ship from?
- We ship FCL and LCL primarily from Mundra and Pipavav (both within 200 km), and from Nhava Sheva when required. Incoterms supported: EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP.
